At SaliBelle, we prioritise your satisfaction. If you receive the wrong item, an item that is faulty or torn, contact us at info@salibelle.com with your order number, details and photos  for us to better understand the issue within 7 day of receiving your order. We'll promptly send the correct item at no extra cost.

For customised products, returns are rarely needed due to the personalisation of the items. If a return is necessary, we will contact you with guidance; return shipping is on us. Please note, we do not accept return due to a change of mind.

Review your order before checkout for accurate customisations. If any issues arise, contact us immediately for resolution.
